1. University Application Fee and SICAS Processing Fee 

These two payments are never refundable at any situation and are compulsory with "*". 

(You have to pay those fees no matter you choose SICAS "Standard Service Package" or SICAS "Plus Service Package".)  

2. SICAS Plus Fee:

At the Admission Application Stage:

1000 USD is refundable if Admission Status of the student is "Processing"or "Pending"

The full amount of SICAS Plus Fee is refundable if Admission Status of the student is "Refused". 

No Amount is refundable after the Admission Status becomes "Accepted" or "Posting". 

At the Visa Application Stage:

1000 USD is refundable if the student failed to get a visa after applying to the embassy for 3 times. 

No amount will be refundable if the student has been issued an Visa from China Embassy but decided not to come to China on his/ her own choice.

At the Arrival Stage:

 No amount will be refundable if the student has landed in China.

(You have to pay it only when you choose SICAS "Plus Service Package".)
