(1) SICAS will refund all fees (application fee and SICAS service fee) for the following:

 Those who applied for a program that cannot be initiated due to internal causes

 Those whose applications cannot be processed or accepted due to instant changes on the admission 
          policies of some universities

Those whose applications cannot be processed or accepted due to abrupt adjustments to admission information

(2) SICAS will refund SICAS service fee (50 USD) only for those whose applications are rejected by universities.

 (3) SICAS will not refund for the following:

 Those who have been admitted by universities

 Those who have canceled their applications on their own due to personal reasons

 Those whose applications cannot be processed or accepted attributable to illegal intent

 Those whose applications cannot be processed or accepted attributable to false or incomplete information 
         contained in documents

Those cannot meet refund conditions as described above
